The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing for the following:
WHO: Sol y Luna Montessori School / Angel Law (Appellant)
WHAT: Appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to adopt Resolution No. 2024-P007 approving Conditional Use Permit Modification, P2021-0135-CUP/M, and a Class 32 Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the relocation and expansion of an existing Costco fueling station, which includes the demolition of the existing 8-dispenser fueling station and 2 commercial structures (±8,480 sq. ft.), and the construction of a new 15-dispenser fueling station, parking and associated site improvements, within a ±3.2-acre site area, at 13431-13463 Washington Blvd (Case No. P2024-0191-APPEAL) – Continued from October 13, 2025.

WHY: The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City Council to review and receive public input on the Appeal of Conditional Use Permit Modification, P2021-0135-CUP/M, and associated Class 32 Categorical Exemption from CEQA.
The City Council Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing online and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.
