RIDESHARE REIMBURSEMENT DURING CULVER CITYBUS SERVICE SUSPENSION

All Culver CityBus service is suspended from Friday, October 2, through Sunday, October 4, 2026. The City of Culver City will provide reimbursement for eligible rideshare expenses incurred by riders who normally rely on Culver CityBus fixed-route service for their travel needs. Eligible riders may request reimbursement for the actual cost of rideshare trips, up to a max of $20 per eligible trip.

Culver City to Suspend CityBus Services Following Shooting

On Thursday, we lost a dedicated public servant and member of our City family. The operator, who is not being identified at this time out of respect for the family, was shot and killed while driving their route. The circumstances surrounding what happened are still being investigated. But today, our hearts are shattered. Their loss will be felt across our City team.
