WHO: Supporters Alliance of Environmental Responsibility (SAFER) / Lozeau Drury LLP (Appellant)
WHAT: Consideration of an Appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to adopt Resolution No. 2025-P013 approving Site Plan Review, Tentative Parcel Map and Extended Construction Hours, P2024-0190-SPR/TPM, and a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Checklist pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15168 for a mixed use project with 1,077 residential units and 5,772 square feet of commercial space, at 5757 Uplander Way.

WHY: The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City Council to review and receive public input on the Appeal of Site Plan Review, Tentative Parcel Map and Extended Construction Hours, P2024-0190-SPR/TPM, and associated CEQA Checklist pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15168.
The City Council Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing online and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time. Public comments may be submitted BEFORE 3 PM on Monday, February 9, 2026, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, Attention: Peer F. Chacko, 9770 Culver Boulevard., 2nd floor, Culver City, CA 90232, EMAIL peer.chacko@culvercity.gov, or PHONE, (310) 253-5755. City Hall hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed January 19th [MLK], January 23rd, and February 6th). The Project file is currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
