WHO: Slauson Investors LLC (Applicant) / Allen Matkins (Applicant Representative)
WHAT: Request for Site Plan Review (SPR) and extended construction hours permit to allow a mixed-use project, with 351 units, including 30 low-income units, and 6,825 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The project is located in the Mixed Use Medium (MU-MD) Zone and Mixed Use Medium General Plan Land Use Designation (Case No. P2025-0064-SPR).

WHEN: Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 7 PM
WHY: The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and to receive public input on the proposed SPR and extended construction hours and to consider approval of the request. Pursuant to Culver City Municipal Code Section 17.580.075, the project’s request for Density and Other Bonus Incentives is reviewed administratively.
CEQA: Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15332, Class 32 – In-Fill Developments, the Project is determined to be Categorically Exempt.
The Culver City Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing at City Hall and online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.
