The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:
WHO: Cadillac of Beverly Hills (Applicant) / Suhr and Associates (Applicant Representative)
WHAT: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a new vehicle services facility within an existing 42,333 sq. ft. industrial building, including 67 parking spaces and associated façade improvements. The project site has a General Plan Land Use designation of Mixed Use Corridor 2 and is located in the Mixed Use Corridor 2 (MU-2) Zoning District.

WHEN: Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 7 PM
WHY: The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and receive public input on the proposed CUP and consider approval of the request. Pursuant to Culver City Municipal Code Section 17.220.015, “Vehicle services - Maintenance/Repair” uses require approval of a CUP by the Planning Commission.
CEQA: The proposed project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Section 15301, Class 1 – Existing Facilities. The project involves reuse/conversion of an existing 42,333 sq. ft. industrial building. The proposed use is consistent with the General Plan policies and Zoning Code regulations; occurs within City limits on a legal parcel; is a conversion from one use to another with minor alterations and no expansions in floor area or height. The site is not located in an environmentally sensitive area.
The Planning Commission Agenda and project staff report will be available for viewing online, and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.
