Architectural drawings

Additional Information

Residential development with 3 or more attached units should review the Commercial Document Submittal Requirements.

Drawings sheet shall be a minimum size of 24" by 36", prepared with black ink, drawn to scale, and fully dimensioned. Drawings may be submitted electrically but will need to be printed to full-size for inspection.

Plans shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature and extent of the proposed work and to show in detail that the project will conform to the provisions of all applicable codes, laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Additional permits will cover demolition of structures, and construction of proposed accessory structures, including pools and spas, block walls.
