9814 Washington Boulevard - ReThink

Proposed Mixed-Use Project adjacent to the Kirk Douglas Theater in Downtown Culver City featuring ground level commercial and 34 residential units.

Culver Commons

The project is a 1.6 acre project located on the two northerly corners of Washington Boulevard at Centinela Avenue.

Mixed-Use Project - 3727 Robertson Boulevard

The mixed-use project will consist of 12 dwelling units (including three affordable units with a 58-year covenant and 6,820 square feet of commercial space with subterranean parking.

The Culver Steps at 9300 Culver Boulevard is a 115,000 square foot project that includes ground-level retail, a four-story office building, and a Grand Stair that leads pedestrians up to a restaurant pavilion and landscaped Elevated Plaza perched above the existing Town Plaza. This project was completed in 2019.

West Washington (AIP) Streetscape Medians Phase IV

The West Washington Area Improvement Program was created to promote revitalization, encourage reinvestment and eliminate blight along West Washington Boulevard between Centinela Avenue and the western City boundary.
