Now Accepting Applications for Commissions, Boards, and Committees

Now is your chance to get involved with the City of Culver City and make your voice heard. The City Clerk’s Office is currently accepting applications to fill upcoming vacancies for Culver City Commissions, Boards, and Committees (CBC).

Application deadline is Monday, May 11, 2026.

There are 34 openings available on the following bodies:

• Advisory Committee on Housing and Homelessness – 2 Positions (Seat 3, and Seat 7)
• Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee – 5 Positions (Resident Senior Member*, Youth/Student Member^, Employee Member, Business Community Member, and Resident Member 1*)
• Civil Service Commission – 1 Position (Seat 2)
• Cultural Affairs Commission – 3 Positions (Seat 1*, Seat 2, and Seat 5*)
• Disability Advisory Committee – 2 Positions (Seat 1*, and Seat 5*)
• Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee – 1 Position (Youth Rep Seat 1^)
• Finance Advisory Committee – 3 Positions (Resident Member Seat 1, Resident Member Seat 2*, and Business Member)
• Landlord-Tenant Mediation Board – 8 Positions (Tenant Seat 1*, Tenant Seat 2, Tenant Seat 3*, Tenant Seat 4, Landlord Seat 3*, Landlord Seat 4, Member-at-Large Seat 3*, and Member-at-Large Seat 4*)
• LAX Area Advisory Committee - 3 Positions*
• Los Angeles County West Vector Control District – Board of Trustees – 1 Position
• MLK Jr. Celebration and Juneteenth Celebration Advisory Committee – 3 Positions (Seat 6, Seat 8, and Seat 9)
• Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission – 1 Position (Seat 3*)
• Planning Commission – 1 Position (Seat 5*)

Applications will be accepted by the City Clerk’s Office through Monday, May 11, 2026 at 5 PM.
