The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:
WHO: City of Culver City Advance Planning Division
WHAT: Consideration of the Fox Hill Specific Plan, Zoning Code Text Amendment and Zoning Code Map Amendment. The Planning Commission will consider recommending adoption of the Fox Hills Specific Plan, Zoning Code and Map Update, and Addendum to the Program Environmental Impact Report.
WHERE: REGULAR MEETING – Attend in-person or Virtually

WHEN: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7PM
WHY: The purpose of the Public Hearings is for Planning Commission to review and consider recommending the City Council adopt the Fox Hills Specific Plan, Zoning Code and Zoning Map Update. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearings
CEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines sections 15164, the proposed Specific Plan, Zoning Code and Map Updates has been analyzed under an addendum to the General Plan 2045 Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR).
The Planning Commission Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time. You may submit comments BEFORE 3 PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, by LETTER to Culver City Advance Planning Division, Attention: Advance Planning Division, 9770 Culver Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Culver City, CA 90232, EMAIL to advance.planning@culvercity.org, or PHONE at (310) 253-5740. City Hall hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday and certain holidays.
