Financial Reports

The City of Culver City prepares a variety of reports annually documenting management’s representations concerning the finances of the City of Culver City.

The City has consistently won the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of the United States and Canada, which is an achievement for the highest standards in government accounting and financial reporting, for the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). In order to receive the Certificate of Achievement award, a government must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized comprehensive financial report. The report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable legal requirements.
