What you can do during Open Enrollment:

  • Add/cancel/change your medical, dental, or vision coverages for yourself and any of your qualified dependents.
  • Enroll or re-enroll in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (required annually).

Important: Employees enrolled in either United Healthcare SignatureValue Alliance or United Healthcare SignatureValue Harmony health plans, will need to choose a new health plan for 2027 - CalPERS will no longer offer these plans next year.
