On June 23, 2025, the City Council adopted the First Edition of the Complete Streets Design Standards. The Standards unify City's various mobility plans and policies into a consolidated set of public right-of-way design requirements and ensure that the way in which the City plans, designs, and constructs & improves streets enables safe access for all users, regardless of age or ability.
