City Council to Hold Special Strategic Planning Retreat

The Culver City City Council will hold a Special Strategic Planning Retreat on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM at One Culver (10000 Washington Blvd.), and community members are invited to attend. You can view the meeting agenda on the City's website.
This retreat will provide the City Council with dedicated time to concentrate on long-term planning and organizational priorities. Discussions will focus on:
- Implementation of a priority-based budgeting framework
- Refining the Council’s strategic priorities
- Identifying three-year priorities
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Measuring performance and outcomes to guide future decision-making
This is an important opportunity to observe how the City aligns policy goals, financial planning, and performance measurement to serve the Culver City community effectively.

Walking Directions from City Hall
- Exit the City Hall parking lot and turn left toward One Culver.
- Cross Culver Blvd. (heading north).
- Turn left and walk west toward the retail and food outlets.
- Once past the retail area, the entrance to One Culver will be on the right.
- Enter the Atrium and follow signage to the right.
- The retreat will take place in the “Flex Space” Conference Room.

One Culver is fully accessible via ramps, with flat entrances to meeting rooms. ADA drop-off and accessible parking are available onsite.
