The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a City Council agenda item for the following:
WHO: 11111 Jefferson Property Owner, LLC (Owner/Applicant)
WHAT: Consideration of a TUP to approve Extended Construction Hours, P2026-0109-TUP for a mixed-use project, allowing construction from 7 AM to 8 PM on Mondays through Fridays, and from 7AM to 7PM on Saturdays and Sundays, at 11111 Jefferson Boulevard.
WHERE: REGULAR MEETING – Attend in-person or virtually

WHY: The purpose of the agenda item is for the City Council to review and receive public input on the TUP for Extended Construction Hours, P2026-0109-TUP.
The City Council Agenda and project staff report will be available for viewing online and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time. Public comments may be submitted BEFORE 3 PM on Monday, July 13, 2026, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, Attention: Peer F. Chacko, 9770 Culver Boulevard., 2nd floor, Culver City, CA 90232, EMAIL peer.chacko@culvercity.gov, or PHONE, (310) 253-5755. City Hall hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed June 26th, July 3rd and 10th). The Project file is currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
