Mark Muenzer

Mark most recently served as Community Development & Transportation Director for the City of Redwood City, California. He also served as the Community Development Director for the City of Menlo Park. He also has been the Director of Community Development for the Cities of Evanston and Countryside, Illinois; and held various management positions with the City of Chicago.

Building Safety

Need help with permits, plan checks, or demolitions?  The Building Safety Division is responsible for the enforcement of all building codes adopted by the City and the State of California for local jurisdiction enforcement. Current Planning

Have questions about zoning, setbacks, or development standards? The Current Planning Division maintains and implements the City's General Plan, Zoning Ordinance and prepares other specialized Planning Documents.
