The Culver City Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is hosting a COVID-19 Booster Shot Clinic at the Senior Center on Saturday, November 20, 2021. The clinic will be from 9 AM to 4 PM and is a partnership with Los Angeles County Public Health.
Advance appointments are recommended but not required - walk-ins will be accepted!! To schedule an appointment, complete the medical information and you will be sent an email to schedule your appointment. When you receive your scheduling email, simply select "Culver City Senior Center" and the time you prefer on Saturday.
Regarding eligibility, Dr. Tomás Aragón, State Health Officer and Director of the California Department of Public Health, sent out a letter instructing vaccination providers to “allow patients to self-determine their risk of exposure. Do not turn a patient away who is requesting a booster.”
The booster given at this event will be a Pfizer booster, but please remember a booster dose does not need to match your original vaccine. It can be "mixed and matched" to J & J, Pfizer, or Moderna original dosage(s).
All participants must bring a photo ID and their white vaccine card to the clinic. When you register online you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time. Please note this is a COVID-19 Booster-only clinic.
