Music for an Autumn Afternoon
The Los Angeles Doctors Symphony Orchestra begins its 69th season, under the baton of Maestro Ivan Shulman, with “Music for an Autumn Afternoon.” Expect to be dazzled by a broad range of musical offerings that includes Adrienne Albert’s "Courage"; Coleridge-Taylor’s "The Bamboula – Rhapsodic Dance"; Charles Ives’ "Variations on America"; and Brahms’ powerful "Symphony No. 1."

Courage by Adrienne Albert; The Bamboula- Rhapsodic Dance Op. 43 by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor; Variations on America by Charles Ives (orch. By William Schuman); and Symphony No. 1 in C minor Op. 68 by Johannes Brahms.
