NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing for the following:
WHO: City of Culver City Current Planning Division
WHAT: City-Initiated Municipal Code Amendments to Chapters 15.06 – New Development Fees and 15.10 - Subdivisions, to comprehensively update development impact fees related to parks and recreation facilities. (Case No. P2025-0227-ZCA).
WHERE: REGULAR MEETING – Attend in-person or virtually
City Hall – Mike Balkman Council Chambers, 9770 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232
WHEN: Monday, November 10, 2025, at 7 PM
WHY: The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City Council to review and receive public input on the proposed Municipal Code Amendments, which proposes to make a variety of updates relating to development impact fees for parks and recreation facilities. Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3), the Project is exempt because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Project, an update to Municipal Code language relating to development impact fees, will cause a significant effect on or physical change to the environment.
The City Council Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing online and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time. Public comments may be submitted BEFORE 3 PM on Monday, November 10, 2025, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, Attention: Emily Stadnicki, 9770 Culver Boulevard., 2nd floor, Culver City, CA 90232, FAX (310) 253-5721, EMAIL emily.stadnicki@culvercity.gov, or PHONE, (310) 253-5727. City Hall hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed October 17th and 31st). The Project is currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
